Hough on the Hill Neighbourhood Plan Review Basic Conditions Statement Addendum Consultation

Hough on the Hill Parish Council (as the qualifying body) has produced an Addendum to the Basic Conditions Statement, to address the recent legislative and regulatory changes that came into force on 25 March 2026.

The Addendum to the Basic Conditions Statement for Hough on the Hill Neighbourhood Plan Review was formally submitted to South Kesteven District Council in May 2026.

The Addendum sets out its purpose and provides and an updated legal compliance assessment including evidence demonstrating how the neighbourhood plan meets the new requirements.

South Kesteven District Council is now consulting on the Addendum to the Basic Conditions Statement for Hough on the Hill Neighbourhood Plan Review only. Please note this is a focused consultation solely on the addendum to the Basic Conditions. This is not an opportunity to further comment on the Neighbourhood Plan or other supporting documents.

The public consultation is taking place between Thursday 18th June 2026 - Thursday 2nd July 2026. The consultation will close at 11:59pm on Thursday 2nd July 2026.
