I object to some of the content of the local plan and particularly the number and placings of housing developments included. I am not against house building, people need somewhere to live but this plan goes way beyond the need or want of local residents and is disproportionate to actual need.
The infrastructure and resources in the town cannot cope with this number of building projects. I will comment under each chapter heading my issues.

Why are there references to 2011 Census figures in the plan? The 2021 data is fully available.
Ref 1.17 'No conclusions as to suitability have been made.' When will we know and by what method will the public be told?

The Gonerby Hill Foot Community Group have submitted documentation to SKDC. I am happy for this submission to represent my objection.
The infrastructure cannot cope with more traffic, neither is there the scope to rectify this , buses and emergency are unable / struggle to access many areas already. Resident in this area for 40+ years have seen big increase in traffic without this build especially at peak time and when A1 is blocked.
Suggest spitalgate level , funds already spent on by pass would be much more appropriate/ better access to local areas without clogging up town any further.
