Representation Summary:

Green-Infrastructure: SKPR-57

This site, a green open space, offers physical health, mental health, enhanced emotional wellbeing and clean air benefits to our community. The proposed development will leave this area of Grantham with no easily accessible green open space but will create a pollution issue, increase poor mental health and increase in traffic.
There is a social issue. The residents who cannot afford to play golf or National Trust membership will have a vastly reduced option as to where to walk for mental/physical health benefits. It is vital this last refuge of green open space is available for public use.

Response to 10.15 to 10.19: Green Infrastructure reference SKPR-57

Our site as a green open space for the community offers physical health, mental health, enhanced emotional wellbeing and clean air benefits to our community. The proposed development will leave this area of Grantham with no easily accessible green open space but instead will create a pollution issue, increase poor mental health and large increase in traffic with residents seeking places to walk their dogs.

There is also a social issue here. The residents who cannot afford to play golf or a National Trust membership will have a vastly reduced option as to where to walk for
mental and physical health benefits. It is vital this last refuge of green open space is available for public use.
