During construction this area will have a 440 home development directly to the East, and over 2,500 to the West. This will continue for at least a decade. Adding to this another 628 house development will plunge the residents of north Grantham into decade long development pollution. Not just in the air but from construction noise, vehicles and the inevitable works required for services, drainage, waste and so on.
