Representation Summary:
As this has been an aspiration for SKDC for some time, why has Grantham been allowed to decline? Regarding choice, clearly a chicken and egg situation. My concern is what influence does the council have over those who own and rent out the businesses, who frequently benefit financially from allowing properties to remain empty.
