I strongly object to the statement "Easy travel to surrounding cities." Direct trains to Lincoln from Grantham and return are rare needing to change at Newark. Furthermore bus services are inadequate not least when needing to attend appointments specifically at Lincoln hospital or any other hospital come to that. Train travel is not necessarily affordable.
