What is the current housing density of Great Gonerby Village?
Concern is that the density of the proposed development under SKPR- 241 (Land Off Church Lane, Great Gonerby) would be significantly higher than the current density of housing – thus significantly changing the character of the Village.
Please provide data for comparison.

At present the proposed developments at Gonerby Hillfoot encroaches into the parish of Great Gonerby, which means that Great Gonerby are being hit with 2 lots of developments in the village, WHY? There area more suitable areas which can be sought after for development other than Church Lane and Gonerby Hillfoot encroachment into the parish. Land off Belton Lane opposite the Memorial Hall, this can encompass housings, a road to bypass Newark Hill junction, and possibly a secondary school, as older kids in the village do not get places in their nearest school, nearly all travel out of area.

The wider sites the provision of substantial land around Gonerby Moor roundabout for "employment" suggests that the parish is going to become substantially over developed and urbanised and big warehouse sheds will start springing up, all generating lots of lorry movements not just on the dual carriageway A1 but on the single carriageway A52.
The cumulative impact of all of the proposals in and around Great Gonerby, which are bigger than practically all other places, seems to be ignored as there is no obvious reference to it in the draft plan.
