I dont object to some houses being built but with a combination of 172 homes being build is way over the odds.
1) we simply dont have the infrastructure for healthcare and schools (I have to wait over 3 weeks for a phone app with my GP)
2) access to the road onto Mill Lane is going to be very tight and dangerous. Lets say over 150 addition vehicles will come onto Mill Lane and within meters some will need to turn right onto Thistleton Lane where current residents park. Those come out from Harold Road (opposite Bullimores) risk daily potential accidents as you cant see oncoming traffic. If they turn right down water lane, again you have resident parking and a school with so much congestion or they head for A1 thro the village, and many dont keep to speed limited.

While our client supports the continued allocation of Thistleton Lane and Mill Lane (ref. SKPR-275 / LV-H10) in principle, restricting the extent of the allocation as per the adopted Local Plan misses an opportunity to optimise development, and is likely to stifle delivery.
Our client therefore objects to the extent of the site allocation, and requests that the allocation is extended to also include the poultry farm which lies immediately to the south and east.
