Dates will change over the coming years when society realise Governments of any nomination are using this emotional subject to raise taxes, are not genuinely open with the issue. North sea oil sites that we know, are in decline which have financially supported government spending since coal production was correctly stopped. Protesters foolish trying to stop additional oil exploration?
Germany, Greece, Russia, (plus eastern block countries). India and China burning more brown coal (low in calorific value) per week than the UK has ever done in the life of coal.
Australia getting smaller by the day exporting coal to China
