Considers the Draft Local Plan does not allocate adequate employment development sites within Bourne to be delivered during the Plan period as those allocated are speculative and not clearly deliverable during the Plan period. Client’s site at land south of Fen Road, is deliverable within the Plan Period by the current owner and due to historic and recent permissions in the site, should be assessed and considered as a suitable employment allocation. It is therefore requested that this site is considered in any future assessment and allocations within Bourne.
