Representation Summary:

This Policy used to be for all development on the edge of settlements and this should continue to be the case. Local residents should be able to support not/reject not only residential development but also development for commercial/employment use if it affects the edge of their town/village. Any development affects a town and residents and the outlook of the town - non-residential development requires the same amount of discussion as residential.
