Representation Summary:

Concerned and seek clarification regarding a potential large development in Harlaxton. Appreciate that the Draft Site Assessment report defines SKPR-198 as a ‘No’ as regarding ‘Preferred Sites’ however several real-life indicators would suggest that a planning application is likely. Concerns expressed from residents regarding on site surveys and testing on presence of Great Crested Newts. Seek clarity of SKDCs position regarding proposed development of significant scale in Harlaxton where there appears to be no gap in housing provision in both the current and draft plan for the region.
