Representation Summary:

The inclusion of this site as an allocation for residential development continues to be fully supported by our clients, who are the landowners for the northern field parcel adjacent to Mill Drove. Our clients are engaged with the other relevant landowners, and are confident that a comprehensive development can be delivered on this site. Our clients have noted the expansion of allocation SKPR-83, which is located directly to the north. Our clients have no immediate concerns but this is subject to further details on the allocation being provided. Our clients are willing to work together on mattes that affect both sites, such as the requirement for SKPR-83 to deliver highway, footpath and cycleway connections to our site SKPR-53.

The SKPR-53 allocation includes a new requirement for: b. A maximum of 3ha of land, adjacent to Bourne Academy to be as playing field provision for the school. It is not clear where this requirement has been derived from.
