We have serious concerns about the further allocation of 293 houses (SKPR-233) to Corby Glen, over and above the 144 houses (SKPR-247) previously allocated. We are disappointed that our previous feedback on the SKPR-247 allocation seems to have been ignored. Corby Glen will expand to a total of 727 houses, a 167% increase in size since 2021, with little forseeable change to the village’s infrastructure or facilities. We feel that this latest decision to allocate yet more houses overlooks the particular needs and circumstances of our rapidly expanding community, and we urge SKDC to reconsider.
