Fully supports the proposed allocation of the site within the Draft Local Plan. Whilst the site should remain as an allocation within future versions of the Local Plan, the indicative unit capacity for the site should be increased to approx. 770 dwellings (at an assumed density of 35 dwellings per hectares)
