Representation Summary:

Thank you for further consulting us on the Draft Neighbourhood Plan for Barrowby, in relation to Design Codes and Guidance and the Housing Needs Assessment.

We aim to reduce flood risk, while protecting and enhancing the water environment. We have had to focus our detailed engagement to those areas where the environmental risks are greatest.

Based on the environmental constraints within the area and the remit of the consultation, we have no detailed comments to make in relation to your Plan at this stage.

While we do not comment on surface water flood risk, we welcome the inclusion of Design Code S1: Water Sensitive Urban Design.
