Representations were previously submitted to the Regulation 16 consultation on behalf of William Davis Homes. Those representations previously made reference to Local Housing Need assessment being consulted upon. No further comment is proposed at this stage other than to highlight that those previous representations and references to the Local Housing Need assessment remain applicable and William Davis Homes maintain their objection to the Neighbourhood Development Plan.
