The Policy lists 6 sites in Bourne for protection. However, there appears to be some discrepancy between this list and the Policies Map as follows:
1. The Lincolnshire Herbs site on Spalding Rd (E7) is referred to in the table but has been excluded from the Policies Map.
2. There is a site of 5.5ha located on land between South Fen Rd and Tunnel Bank which is identified on the Policies Map but which does not appear to be listed in the table.
3. Approximately 18ha of land is identified as ‘east of Cherry Holt Rd’ on the Policies Map. However, this site is not included in the table.
4. The table includes a site of 15ha at South Fen Rd which does not appear on the Policies Map.

We object to the eastern half of SKPR-259 (formerly EMP G23) not being considered distinctly from its western half. The latter is on raised ground and included within the active Invictas Works industrial area. The former has a dedicated separate access from Albert Street, is a brownfield site, but beside the river and Dysart Park. It should be regarded as a non-preferential site if lost to its previously designated employment use eg if it came forward for residential use.

Seek further clarity on the inclusion of Foundry Road as an existing allocation (not identified within the current Local Plan) and the site area that has been cited for this (8.3 hectares). This seems significantly large and inaccurate when compared to the Employment Land Study (2024) which cites a site area of 2.4 hectares.
