- Road widening along Doddington Lane required.
- Improvements to the Public Right Of Way and crossing point on High Street required.
- The public right of way should be retained and connections incorporated into the development, where possible.
- Heritage Impact Assessment and pre-commencement archaeological interventions required
- Appropriate surface water management including Sustainable Urban Drainage systems wherever practical.
